OUR PROCESS
To bring a custom formulated product to market:
Step 1 – We create a starting point formula based on your input and provide you a price per finished unit and batch size.
Step 2 – Price per unit is approved by you.
Step 3 – An actual sample of the product is produced in our R&D lab and presented to you for feedback.
Step 4 – Product is approved by you and formula is finalized.
Step 5 – Your purchase order with 50% payment is received by us.
Step 6 – We source all ingredients and materials. You provide your label/package artwork for our review and approval prior to printing.
Step 7 – Product is produced when all required ingredients and materials are received by us.
Step 8 – Upon completion, you are notified to pay the balance due and provide shipping instructions to us.
Step 9 – We ship your complete product order where you request.
All prices are based on freight shipping FOB our plant in Totowa, NJ 07512.
New customer terms are 50% payment with receipt of purchase order, 50% balance due upon completion of your order, prior to shipment. Terms are at the discretion of Ambix Laboratories.
Terms for our customers with established credit are net 30 days.
Our custom product minimums are as low as 5,000 units per item (subject to package size and batch quantity).
